So my question is- Do any of the mommy makeovers utilize this smart-lipo?

Certainly, SmartLipo can be one of the "tools" used for a Mommy Makeover". Liposuction of any form can be used for body contouring alone or in addition to a tummy tuck and the other procedures performed. The Mommy Makeover usually refers to at least a breast augmentation (and/or lift) and abdominoplasty in women who have had their children and dues to the "ravages" of prenancy now want to get back as close as possible to their pre-pregnancies body figure. Localized deposis of fat is part of the lipodystrophy post-pregnancy and SmartLipo is quite effective here.
