I am using cetaphil restoraderm. Is this a steroid? I was told steroids over the eyes can cause complications in the future/now. I also read it can thin the skin. I thought steroids were like neosporin. Please let me know. Are all moisturizers steroids? Which moisturizers are actually GOOD for the skin?
