For many years, our office has dealt with moisturization problems associated with Retin A. At this time, we have switched over to RR Retinoid Repair Cream to minimize discomfort as it contains retinoids alongside a moisturizing base. Our patients seem to tolerate the RR Retinoid Repair Cream much better.

It depends on what you like. Some people like a thinner, regular lotion like Lubriderm or CeraVe. And others like something thick like SkinCeuticals Emollience. It is entirely your preference and it won't affect the results if you use something thinner or thicker on top of your Retin-A.
