I am a full C, small D right now. I have had a child and feel like my breast are empty. I would like to fill them back up but am not sure if I should chose a moderate or high profile implant. I would like to be a DD and I wouldnt mind the "fake" look.

High profile breast implants tend to look more fake
Hello,
High profile breast implants tend to look more "fake." Depending upon how droopy your breasts are and you own preferences, a breast lift might be a good idea as well.

Sounds like you will need a lift as well
You will need a full evaluation from a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon, but given your description I wouldn't be surprised if you also needed a breast lift (mastopexy) to give you the best possible shape and look to your breasts. The type and profile of the implant can be decided on after you have your consultation with your surgeon, and there are multiple options (saline or silicone implants, moderate plus or high profile implants) that can give you very nice results.
Good luck!

Go to an excellent plastic surgeon and be examined
You might even need a lift at your size and having children. The larger high profile implants are associated with more complications and long term issues than the moderate profiles. Be specific with your doctor about the "look" you want and see if it is reasonable.

An implant needs to match the breast proportions
The choice between moderate and high profile relies on many factors. Breast dimensions, amount of skin excess, etc.
A clinical exam by a plastic surgeon will reveal the best plan of action. An easy way to think about is: I want the implant to fill the breast and enhance it. A high profile implant has a narrower base, if used in a wide-chest patient, it will look un-natural and vise versa. Hope that helps.

Ask your doctor
The kind of implant that you need depends on your tissue and your surgeon. Please get more than one consultation by a board certified plastic surgeon. DD breast will sag soon after surgery and fake look also some thing that will have problems later(thining of the tissue, palpable implan and breast sgging). Please beware that bigger is not better.
