Wanted to know if dermatologists could give opinion on the home Red light LED therapies. Are they safe to use during the summer if skin is slightly tan? I know it is in a derms best interest to recommend people do these types of procedures in office, but if you do not have much money, then we need honest opinions about alternatives.
