What can be done for front teeth biting surfaces hitting each other, & painfully bending, wearing, & chipping teeth? (Photo)

Wore retainer from 7-10 yrs. In 40's now. Started wearing gaurd for night grinding last yr. Realized teeth shifted as result. Several front top & bottom hit. 50% of time when they don't I have an underbite. As a Owner cannot have a lisp, or app issue caused by braces, or time off per surgery. Will Invisalign, or other remedy the recent shifting & survive night grinding? Cosmetically underbite doesn't bother. Don't want teeth damaging each other & want to bite comfortably again. Made Ortho appt.
