Mixto laser for dark circles?

I am 52 years old and ended up with dark spots just under my eyes, due to going in a tanning bed one time. I had a Vi peel and it helped remove some of the darkness. You can still see the circles under my eyes, only not as dark as before the peel. I would like to know if Mixto laser is the best treatment for this or is there another treatment better for this specific purpose?
