Is there a procedure that will tighten the skin slightly? I am 47.

Slight improvement will be slight.

Yes there may be treatments that tighten the skin slightly but as they say be careful what you ask for because you may get it. More often than not, patients ask for a slight improvement but then desire more. There are many options. Discuss these with your physicians.
