Today I noticed that my chin (which has a slight cleft in it, of the "butt chin" variety) is more pronounced on one side than the other. This makes my face less symmetrical looking. The cleft on my chin doesn't align under the middle of my lower lip, which is how I believe it should align. Is there a cosmetic procedure to make my cleft chin more aligned down the middle of my face?
