I wonder if mini tummytuck is a better option for stretch marks/loose skin on lower abdomen? My upper abdominal muscles are tight, the only loose skin and stretch marks I have are from the belly button down to the hip bone. I am skceptical about the scar left by a full tummy tuck and am exploring my options.

Mini vs full tummy tuck

If the stretch marks go all the way up to your umbilicus, a mini-tummy tuck will not be able to remove most of them. You would need a full tummy tuck.
