I just had several permanent crowns cemented in. Today I notice that one of the crowns feels like it’s slightly wobbly if I wiggle it from side to side, not the entire tooth, but the crown portion itself. The movement is very small, probably just the width of a hair, but I can feel it as well as hear a slight clicking. As the movement is so tiny, I’m afraid my dentist won’t be able to detect the same thing that I feel and tell me it's OK. If I go back, how will he evaluate if there is a problem?
