18% TCA Peel Safe for African American Skin Tones

Yes by a boarded doctor doing the treatment ONLY! You need to be careful for the type of skin tone. Seek a few opinions from boarded doctors in your area. From MIAMI Dr. Darryl J. Blinski, 305 598 0091

There are better options

Darker skin usually does best with salicylic acid peels, Jessner peels, but 10% TCA if used under the supervision of a board certified dermatologist, should be fine. Be sure you are pre-treated to prevent post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
