hi, I am asian , but I have normal eyes .I want to know is there any way to widen eyes (not eyeball) 1 millimeter from inner edges . so my eyes seem more together .

Widening the opening of asia eyes: epicanthal surgery
IF understand you correctly this is commonly termed an epicanthal repair using a "jumping man" incision. However, this has the potential to leave unsightly scars.
