I'm 5'4" and 125 lbs and my ps and I have decided on 500cc silicone under the muscle. Right now I'm a deflated 34B and I really want to be a D cup. I have had 3 kids and nursed them all so I have the space to fit the implants. The problem is that lots of people are telling me that I shouldn't go so big because of the backpain with larger implants that are so heavy. How much smaller would I have to go to not get that type of back pain?

If done correctly, your breast should appear very strange after surgery. Over time though, they will settle and appear more normal. You just need to wait 6 weeks to 6 months to see the final result. The flip side is, if they look perfect right after surgery, you may have a problem.
