After blowing my nose because of stuffiness,I clean it with Q tips and there is always blood on the Q tip, is it normal? Is it normal that I cannot breath properly 3 months post op?

Mild Nose Bleed after Blowing Nose

Nasal bleeding when blowing your nose is not normal 2 months after surgery. You should be evaluated by your surgeon.

Bleeding and obstruction 3 months after nose job

These symptoms may occur for normal reasons but this does seem a bit unusual and you should be seen for an evaluation.
