Mild Acne Treatment: Microdermabrasion or Chemical Peel?

I have very mild acne and use the Proactiv system to tame it. Unless you get really close to my face, you can't tell that the texture of my cheeks (the full part of my cheeks) is not as smooth as the rest of my skin. What would you recommend for my skin type? A microdermabrasion treament or chemical peel?

Light peels are more effective than microdermabrasion for acne

Light peels are more effective than microdermabrasion for acne because they suppress acne flare ups for several weeks afterwards. To get the most benefit, the peels should be repeated every three to four weeks.
