One eye is bigger than the other, or my eye lid doesn't open as wide as the other one. What can I do? (Photo)

It bugs me super bad and makes my self confidence low. I was wondering if this was Ptosis or just from bad health? Is there a way to cure this? Any other additional info I should know? Thanks in advance
