I am 9 months post extended TT. My drains never stopped draining. Doc took them out and I developed a sterile abcess that had to be drained 5 times. My abdomen swells even though I still wear compression garments every day like SPANX. I have pinching pains upon rising out of chairs, laying down. I have a hard mass on right lower side from lower belly button towards right thigh. Swelling is asymmetrical with more on the left side. I look like I'm carrying a half barrel on my front side.

Greetings. You are a candidate for liposuction and a fat transfer and a tummy tuck. These procedures are also done in stages depending on the situation and the surgeon. There are also safety issues to take into consideration. Good luck!
Thank you for your pictures and question. It appears you would be a good candidate for a traditional abdominoplasty. I do not think you need a large vertical scar based on your pictures but sometimes a small vertical scar is needed at the bottom of the abdomen if the scar is placed very low and...
Unfortunately I don't believe that you're far enough out from surgery to be going out and drinking. You are still healing internally and going out could possibly be detrimental to the progress you've made so far. Check with your board certified plastic surgeon on his/her preferences.Thank you...
