Hi, so I'm 15 I wear a 26 dd bra & my breasts sag quite a lot, looking at the chart I put above mine are about a grade 2. It makes me really uncomfortable because I don't want my boobs to be saggy forever. I'm concerned bc ever since I was in about a 24 b my boobs have sagged. I'm not over weight or anything nor have I ever been. I'm normal size for my age. I haven't had any major weight gain/ losses ever. I'm just wondering why this is happening.
Answer: Saggy boobs and possible mastopexy It is difficult to know why your breasts sag. Sometimes it is due to genetics or weight loss in a younger person. However when a person is older, it may be due to pregnancy, nursing and ongoing weight fluctuations. In my practice, some patients may consider a mastopexy or breast augmentation with mastopexy for correction. But I do tell my patients that if certain types of mastopexies are performed then it may decrease their ability to nurse. This is particularly important to consider in a younger woman.

Answer: Why are my boobs saggy? Thank you for your question. There are many reasons that breasts sag: the pull of gravity, especially with large, heavy breasts; poor skin elasticity and tone, contributing to droop; significant weight fluctuations; pregnancy; hormonal changes; etc. I am sorry that the are uncomfortable, but you are in a period of your life of dramatic changes. Though elective surgery to help lift and/or reduce your breasts is not currently appropriate, once you are fully developed, see a board certified plastic surgeon about your surgical options.

Answer: Breast Lift Hello Dear, thanks for the demostration picture, I have to say that (as you're telling) you have much saggy in your breast tissue and as I can see in the demostration picture, that falling needs to be fixed with a lift and if you do not have much breast tissue, also you will need impants to get the fullness and perky look.

Answer: Breast lift at 15? You are too young to undergo a breast lift. You may still be growing, and probably best to wait until at least 18.
