Performing revisionary procedures on the nose can be quite challenging, and you should interview several board-certified surgeons before deciding on who to go to. The difficulty is due to the presence of scar tissue, and the loss of normal tissue planes. Often, there is edema (fluid) in the tissues if the surgery has been performed within the last year. Some surgeons will re-operate early if they see an obvious deformity while others will wait until the swelling dissipates.
I would recommend that you interview several surgeons who have experience in revision rhinoplasty, ask to see photos, and ask lots of questions regarding risks. In the end, go to someone who you feel that you can be honest with and who can communicate well with during your recovery period.
