Are Fillers a Good Alternative to Surgery for TED Patients with High Axil Myopia?

hello, I really hope someone can assist. I'm booked in for surgery in a few weeeks time but am not sure that surgery is the right thing for me. I had very mild TED, which coupled with high axil myopia,already large eyes had caused under eye hollows, fat transfer. HOWEVER i feel mid face decent equally to blame. I have an overbite, small lower jaw and cheeks have decended early. As i am a little worried about GA I was wondering about having fillers first - would fillers lift the mid face or not a
