Considering Microdermabrasion for Red Marks, Breakouts and Acne Scars

Hello, I have hormonal acne, one big pimple every month when not on the pill and resulting hyperpigmentation from these that last forever. I also have mild acne scars (indentations). will microderm help with the red marks, monthly breakouts or mild scarring?
