Microdermabrasion to Lighten Sunburnt Skin?

I'm Asian, and my arms and legs are darker due to sun damage. I tried so may home remedies and bleaching and applying packs but nothing worked. Will microdermabrasion work?

Microdermabrasion to lighten skin

To help fade your skin the best, use a good sunscreen and minimize sun exposure to allow your tan & some of your sun damage to fade. As well, your dermatologist can prescribe creams to help fade out the skin. In some cases, laser or chemical peel can be useful, but microdermabrasion is unlikely to be of benefit.
