Microdermabrasion with Sciton Broadband Light?

Dear Doctor,

I had several Artefill injections one year ago. Now, I am considering to have a Microdermabrasion Plus Sciton Broadband Light to improve the hyperpigmentation on the face. Is this safe and effective?
