Square-shaped Abrasions After Microdermabrasion Facial

Last week I had a microdermabrasion Facial I am now noticing abrasions on my face from the suction of the vacumm in the shape of a square with some brown around it. Is this normal Do these go away? Please help.

the same thing happen with my face i got my done 2 days back and i have abrasions on my face too. Are your abrasions gone or are they still there im very worried please let me know.
