Can I Do Microdermabrasion While on Very Low Dosage of Accutane?

i'm 24 years old and had acne problems since i was 13, i stopped taking accutane a few years back and my acne problems came back so i just started again for about 4 months under very light dosage. 40mg per week. i'm wondering if i can have microdermabrasion done at this moment? thanks.
