Microdermabrasion After Chin Implant and Facial Lipo, Is 2 Months Enough Time?

I am post 7 weeks facial lipo and chin implant. Somehow I want my skin to look better and smooth. Can I go for professional microdermabrasion? Is it right time or should I wait? How long? Its secondary but will it help tone up my facial skin better? I'm doing good with my healing. Thanks
