2 weeks ago today I had juvederm injected by a plastic surgeon into my upper and lower lips. I iced my lips the first 24 hours and everything looked good. But I have a tender lump on my bottom lip that is driving me crazy still after 2 weeks. I called the office a few days ago and they told me to massage it. I have been trying but the lump is tender so I'm scared to rub it hard. Not sure what to do. I live 4 hours away from the place and can't go see them anytime soon. Should I ice it?
