I am really scared that my smile is ruined. I already hated my smile before, but now it is even worse. I got rhinoplasty and a chin implant on the 5th, so it has only been 3 days but my face looks so fat and so long and the face shape is messed up and I can't physically smile no matter how much I try. Is this normal? Will I eventually be able to smile? Thank you

Thank you for your question about Botox and your chin implant.Assuming your chin implant was done at least 3 months ago, Botox injections in the muscle should be fine.Botox should not damage your rhinoplasty either.
Always consult a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
