It totally depends on what sort of work you do....what your actual activities are/sitting vs. standing/straining/stairs, etc. It also depends on your comfort level. My average patient is off two weeks.

With butt implants you really do not want to sit on them for a few weeks until you have healed adequately.  Desk work should not be a problem for most people after about two weeks.
