I had my open rhinoplasty done 3 weeks ago, my surgeon took a picture of my nose in surgery when he was done, the columella did not look swollen then but looks swollen now, will my columella shrink up like the photo in my surgery? If not what are the options I have for a hanging columella? I have attached a picture of my nose in surgery (right) with a photo of my nose now (left)

It is normal for the tissues to "sweat" for some period of time after rhinoplasty. I would caution you not to blow your nose until your surgeon tells you it is safe to do so as air can be forced under the tissues and cause damage.
