When I smile my cheekbones looks ok but when I don't there's no cheekbones, I want defined cheekbones like Jon Kortajarena's... But I'm worried if i get cheek augmentation my cheekbones will look ok but when i smile they will look too big...

Most plastic and facial plastic surgeons are not comfortable doing bony facial surgery, and so I'd recommend being careful who you seek opinions from. Look for plastic surgeons with specific expertise and additional training in craniofacial surgery - these are board-certified plastic...
