I'm considering a cheek augmentation but my cheekbones are ok when I smile. What would you recommend? (photos)

My recommendation is to first try a reversible long term filler such as Voluma, Radiesse or Sculptra. If you like the appearance then consult with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience to see if fat transfer or cheek implants are best for you. My general recommendation is that if you like the appearance with fillers, then fat transfer may be the way to go. If you want a more well defined or chiseled look then implants are preferred

Volume and contouring of the cheeks can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill, Contour) and Sculptra. Implants or fat are alternatives. Botox and radiofrequency can help slim and contour the jawline. Liposuction can help slim the face. Ultherapy, J Plasma and rf treatments can provide skin tightening and lift.
