2 months after BA with round smooth gel implants under muscle (200 cc, UHP, 9cm base, 4.1cm projection) & need revision for bottoming out. Considering downsizing to 150 cc mod + (9.5cm base, 2.9cm projection) for less projection & more natural looking breast, but do not want to look flat either. Do you think I should change to 150cc mod+ for the more natural look I want? Or could the 200cc settle to a natural shape? Could I have problems with implant rippling with mod+? (5'2", 100 lb)
