Hello, my question is, what method is the right one to treat the depressed scar on upper lip shown in the attachment and what i have probably to spend to revise it? greetings

Best Treatment for Depressed Scars

As a general rule, the best treatment for a depressed scar is surgery. In the right hands, the results are excellent and permanent. As with any rule, however, there are exceptions and the lip is one of those. Vertical scars in the lips can heal beautifully. The relaxed skin tension lines are vertical so movement of the lips takes tension off of the incision. Laser treatment for scar

Based on your photo,  I think the best treatment for this scar would be a resurfacing treatment with laser or dermabrasion. A good choice is an ablative fractional CO2 laser such as teh Frexel Re:pair. In an area of a lot movement as is the case with the upper lip - I would not recomend surgical revision/excision.

Best method to treat depressed scar?

Great question. As always, the options are - fill the depression (fat, Restylane, Juvederm etc) - smooth the shoulders of the scar (Laser resurfacing) - Move the shoulders of the wound together (Scar Revision). If you have not done so, I would try a filler and see if you are happy with the result. Most fillers would last up to a year.
