I had a rhinoplasty and cheek augmentation four weeks ago. Last night I slipped and fell backwards and hit the back of my head against a wall, and I was wondering if it was possible that I jolted the cheek implants out of place or messed up my nose?

Avoid Trauma after Rhinoplasty, and Nose Surgery

Unless you had direct trauma to your face and nose, you probably did not cause any harm to your rhinoplasty surgical result. Please contact your surgeon. If the blow was extensive, or if you had concussion, you may need to be evaluated.

Trauma after Rhinoplasty and Cheek Impants

Without direct trauma to your nose or cheeks, it is unlikely you have compromised your surgical result. Contact your surgeon for evaluation.  I am  more concerned about the cause of your fall and any problems caused by the head blow.
