Can Mesotherapy Promote Hair Regrowth?

i am 24 year old girl with hair loss for more than 8 years.The scalp can be very easily seen in the crown portion.Doctor has suggested for meso therapy,laser and platelet therapy for hair regrowth.Will it be helpful for me.Please suggest what should i do.Currently using tugain 2% solution.Please suggest for good result.
