Is Mesotherapy Safe for Patient with Mild Lymphedema?

I am a 42 year old woman diagnosed with lymphedema in June 2005. I have it on my face, both arms and both legs. My condition is mild but I can see the swelling around my eyes, tops of my arms and ankles.

If these injections are safe, I would consider getting them. The stagnant fluid buildup cannot be good. Why should I let the fluid buildup if there is a safe treatment out there? If you have any updated information on the above, I would greatly appreciate it. Many thanks.
