Mesotherapy vs Exercise for post pregnancy tummy?

Hi, I've had 2 children both by c-section, my youngest is nearly 6 months. I keep myself fit and well and am back to my normal weight of 9 stone 3lbs (129 lbs) at 5 ft 5 in.

My problem area is around my Tummy which seems to hold fat and subsequently looks orange peal like. Am i jumping the gun by trying Mesotherapy or should i persevere with the exercises? thanks
