Mesotherapy and Endermologie for Cellulite and Enhancing Weight Loss?

I am 60 years old and need to lose 30 pounds. I have started a new diet and walking 3 days per week. I am considering Mesotherapy along with Endermologie treatments to enhance weight loss. Will these also help with the cellulite? If not, what would be the best treatment?
