Does Mesotherapy Work for Chemotherapy Induced Hair Loss?

Does medotherapy using a mixture containing minoxidil, bitin and dexenol work on my hair loss after chemotherapy? It's been about 3.5 years when my chemotherapy finished and now I have few hair on my scalp.
