Mesh (Breform) Reinforced Mastopexy - Breform Mesh is Approved for Use in the CE Countries? (photo)
Breform polyester Internal Bra System is approved in CE countries. Articles on the breform web site show related professional papers (Plastic and Aesthestic Journal articles). Are doctors in the USA using a similar products for mastopexy? What have outcomes been so far? Do any of you use the Internal Bra System in your practice or similar product? The pictures show good results and very long lasting effects. I would like to find a doctor who has significant experience in this area.

The Breform is used outside the USA, unfortunately it is still not FDA approved for use in the USA
I have seen patients who have had this procedure done and have been impressed with the results
I use a similar technique using an absorbable mesh.It can also be done with a circum-areolar incision
