Benelli lift and breast shape

The Benelli breast lift, or an around the nipple pattern will remove a eccentric circle of skin and areola to lift the nipple up on the breast. The geometry of the pattern is such that the breast will tend to flatten reducing the breast projection. The implant will tend to push the nipple forward and balance out the projection, but the Benelli will not produce a 'cone' shape. Best of luck, peterejohnsonmd
