One of my incisions has become painful. The pain feels like it is coming from the area underneath my scar and hurts with deep breaths, certain movements of my arm etc. If I palpate the area, I can sometimes feel ?fluid moving underneath it from certain angles. There's no warmth, swelling or redness and a recent blood test showed no signs of infections. What could it be?
