Is nose bridge skin meant to be movable?

I had my rhinoplasty done 4 months ago and the skin on my nose bridge does not move over it when I touch it. Even when I raise my eye brows the skin feels tight over the bridge. Will the skin eventually move freely or is this permanent?

Sometimes this is the result of swelling and healing.

The nose can be swollen for up to a year or more. Swelling will depend upon the nature of maneuvers employed, presence of grafts or implants, thickness of skin, open vs closed, revision vs primary, etc.

The skin will move normally over time.  It takes a few months, sometimes longer.

All the best.
