Melasma is hard to treat
Are you using a high level SPF? Are you using an antioxidant too?, Are you on estrogen (birth control or replacement)? there are many questions and answers a dermatologist will need to review in person. Triluma is FDA approved, but sometimes it does not work and light peels, Fraxel Dual, and other options must be added. Good luck.
