What Are the Best Ways to Cover Up Melasma on the Upper Lip?

I have had malasma for a few years which first appeared on my upperlip and very much resemebles a mustache. I have been trying to cover it daily but you can always see it through the coverup. Also, sweating in the summer tends to make the coverup liquify adding to the "not so nice" appearance, which leads to my next question. Any ideas for a good malasma coverup?
