Do I Have Melanoma? (photo)

Dear Sir/Madam, I'm a 28 year old Woman and my problem is a black spot on my toenail, which I have first noticed 3 weeks ago. I thought its a haematoma, although I don't recall having bumped it in. It is since then the same size, does not migrate as my nail grows,has tiny darker areas in it, but has on the right side a really clear demarcation. My mother has malignant melanoma, so I'm really scared. I never go out sunbathing especially why my skin is really fair, plus I barely have any moles.
