Melanoma Tumor Removed from Breast 1 1/2 Year Ago Now More Painful then Original Surgery?

I had a metastasized melanoma tumor surgically removed from my breast a year and a half ago. About a year later I started having burning sometimes stabbing pain! It's still going on 1 1/2 years later! Is there something I can do to help this along? I'm guessing it's either nerve regenerating or scar tissue? Just want relief! Thanks Tracy L
