Is Medpor Implant Usually Put Through the Mouth and Silastic Put Through Under the Chin??
What i understood is, if medpor implant is opted, the incision will be through the mouth and if silastic is the choice, incision will be under the chin.. Am i right or wrong ?? And is it possible to put screws to silastic implants..?? If yes, then why most of the doctors are not putting screws?? Any problems in putting screws..?? It will assure that the implant won't shift right ( why depending on the capsule formed)..??? Rspected docotors, please share your experience and knowledge..
