Should I Continue my Medlite Treatment?

I have gone thru 3 series of Medlite laser treatment. My only large sun spot on my right cheek is still there. I also have freckles on both cheek and nose. I think the color is lighter. Should I continue this treatment or just quit and look for other alternative? They recommended me to take 5-6 treatment. Should I expect flaking off?
